Software as a Service (SaaS)

Software as a Service (SaaS) enables our IMS Client to use IMS Software over the Internet. IMS Software is then installed on the servers of IMS Business Solutions Ltd. The supplier is responsible for availability of the service.

The service includes:
• IMS Software installed on the servers of IMS Business Solutions including the rent of the server.
• IMS Administrator Training during IMS User Training.
• Amount of users is not limited.
• IMS Software Updates and IMS Service Pack installed by IMS Business Solutions Ltd.
• A back-up of the content once per day to the state of day before.
• Annual IMS User Forum.
• IMS Helpdesk during working days from 8 am until 4 pm (UTC+2).
• IMS Software available 24 h per 7 days from anywhere through a SSL protected connection.

SaaS comes with a service license. IMS Client only needs a computer with a network connection and a browser to start to use IMS Software. The service is very suitable for small and medium size organizations that do not have resources to maintain their own servers.
