IMS Business Solutions Ltd. utilizes its partnership network by combing IMS Software with the knowledge of its partners to profit the client. IMS Business Solutions Ltd. provides the servers and support to create development environment where the client can build up a modern electronic management system together with the partner.

There are two different kinds of partnerships. Cooperation starts as IMS Lead Partner model. Cooperation can lead to introduction of IMS Certified Partner model when to-gether agreed, and when following prerequisites are fulfilled: The Partner is experienced with IMS Software and is familiar with IMS Business Solutions Ltd approach to marketing, sales and client support.

IMS Lead Partner

IMS Lead Partner is generally familiar with the functionality of IMS Software and has basic knowledge how to use IMS Software. IMS Business Solutions Ltd provides the same marketing material and demos to be used by the IMS Lead Partner as to any other partner. IMS Lead Partner gives IMS Business Solutions Ltd sales leads of possible IMS Clients where after IMS Business Solutions Ltd starts the sales process in which the IMS Lead Partner may, however, have a prominent role.

IMS Certified Partner

IMS Certified Partner is familiar with the IMS Software, knows how to use it fluently, and knows how to present IMS Software and takes care of IMS Soft-ware and Service introduction together with workshop days. IMS Certified Partner makes use of the same operating models as IMS Business Solutions Ltd own staff. IMS Business Solutions Ltd offers the IMS Certified Partner IMS Extranet Service including up to date IMS marketing materials and IMS Software support.

IMS Certified Partners have also the IMS Helpdesk services available regard-ing technical issues and customer support. IMS Certified Partners represent IMS Software and Services, and the partner acts as IMS Business Solutions Ltd outsourced resource. IMS Business Solutions Ltd supports the IMS Certi-fied Partner in marketing and sales as well as the IMS Client in introducing and implementing customer specific management system running on IMS Software.

IMS Certified Partner will prepare an offer of IMS Software and of the support services in implementation. In principle, the IMS Certified Partner provides training and implementation support for the new client (workshops). The IMS Certified Partner is entitled to use the official IMS logo on their own web site and in their own marketing.
