Development and maintenance services

The IMS Development and Maintenance services cover the IMS Helpdesk, IMS Software Updates, annual IMS User Forum and IMS Extranet.

IMS Helpdesk

Every license option includes the IMS Helpdesk services during the working hours from 8 am until 4 pm (UTC+2). The service includes functionalities of IMS Integrated Management System Software and technical guidance via email or phone. If IMS Software is installed on the serves of IMS Business Solutions Ltd, IMS Helpdesk can assist directly. If IMS Software is installed on the servers of IMS Client, help can be enhanced by enabling VPN tunnel connection or by Team Viewer tool to enable remote support.

IMS Software Updates

There are yearly one major IMS Software update and minor Service Packs if needed. IMS Business Solutions Ltd. conducts the updates, if IMS Software is installed on its servers. If installation is on the servers of IMS Client, then updates are conducted by the IMS Client and instructed by the supplier.

IMS User Forum

IMS Business Solutions Ltd. organizes yearly IMS User Forum where all IMS Clients are welcome. The aim of the day is to provide information about how IMS Integrated Management System Software is changing and developing, address and answer questions, present good practices, and foster networking.

IMS Extranet

The IMS Extranet is an online service targeted to IMS Clients and it hosts all the newest instructions and materials to enhance the use of IMS Integrated Management System Software. Materials are in text and video formats.
