IMS Implementation Services of IMS Integrated Management System Software consist of IMS Administrator Training, IMS User Training and IMS Workshops.

The implementation proceeds according to the following checklist:
• The IMS Client and IMS Business Solutions Ltd designate the contact people responsible for the content and the IT matters.
• The contact person of the IMS Client ensures that there is the necessary knowledge to introduce and implement IMS Software on the client side. IMS Business Solutions Ltd. does provide services and training for the content creation.
• The IT contact person of the IMS Client ensures and prepares the right installation environment and that the requirements for the workstations are met.
• The IMS Client names the IMS Administrators for the system. There are usually two IMS Administrators: one is responsible for the content and development work, and the other one is responsible for the technical matters (being usually the contact person for the IT matters). The IMS Administrators are responsible for the functionality of IMS Integrated Management System Software and the allocation of user rights to other users.
• The contact people for IT matters agree when the installation will takes place. IMS Business Solutions Ltd educates IMS Administrators on this installation date.
• Contact people agree about a one day length IMS User Training to help in the content creation. IMS Client trains the viewer users by itself.
• IMS Client designs the user management by itself (the user names and user rights). The user rights are recommended to be allocated in terms of viewers, developers, reviewers and approvers.
• IMS Client conducts the acceptance inspection of IMS Software and gives notice of defects immediately to IMS Business Solutions Ltd whom is responsible to repair defects without delay.
• IMS Client is responsible to create the content in the IMS Software, which process IMS Business Solutions Ltd supports.
• IMS Administrator Users monitor the use of the IMS Software and take care of updating the user rights in regular intervals.

IMS Administrator Training

IMS Administrator Training is a technical training to use IMS Software. This training covers aspects as allocating the user rights, administrating interfaces and so on.

In IMS User Training the functionalities of IMS Software are learn through practical examples.
